Sub Request System

New
Need a sub for an upcoming round? You can now send sub requests directly from the app.

How it works:
  • Click "Request Sub" on any match where you can't make it
  • Eligible subs receive an email with an option to accept/decline
  • Once someone accepts, they're automatically assigned to your slot and you'll both get confirmation emails
  • If plans change, subs can back out and the original golfer is restored

Wave option: Instead of blasting everyone at once, you can send requests in waves prioritized by who has subbed the least this season. This gives infrequent subs first dibs before notifying the regulars. Wave timing adjusts automatically based on how soon the round is—faster waves when time is short.
